Layers
Layer 1-2: A spectacular, 3-dimensional, multi-colored pool surface, which is produced in layers built on top of each other using modern spraying technology. The base is a special Gelcoat – the first premium quality polyester gel layer – that ensures durability, a smooth surface and a long service life.
Layer 3: Application of Barriercoat using spraying technology, which 100% prevents the development of osmosis.
Layer 4: Special vinylester resin buffer layer, reinforced with fiberglass. This layer provides one of the most important foundations of the entire structure of the pool: it provides outstanding strength, long-term osmosis resistance, and extraordinary mechanical resistance, thus guaranteeing the durability and reliability of the structure.
Layer 5: A unique vinyl ester resin-ceramic core material mixture that significantly increases the rigidity and stability of the pool structure. Layer 6: General fiberglass reinforced polyester frame, which ensures the basic load-bearing capacity of the structure.
Layer 7: Aramid fiber fabric reinforcement, which gives the pool body extraordinary impact resistance and extra flexibility.
